Jeffrey Rowe, MD is a child and adolescent psychiatrist, Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at UCSD, and a Distinguished Fellow of the AACAP. He has recently retired from the County of San Diego where he was the Supervising Psychiatrist of Juvenile Forensic Services. He has varied interests and expertise including Early Childhood Mental Health, the impact of trauma on development and psychiatric disorders, school safety and violence, and teaching the next generation of clinicians. He currently is working in private practice and continues to teach and lecture on a variety of topics. In addition, he is a member of the planning committee for this conference and is the Co-Chair of the “We Can’t Wait” ECMH Annual Conference.
