Angie believes in empowering health and preventative medicine. She is passionate about working with women and families. She empowers clients to move beyond pain to a life full of purpose. She uses a strength and wellness based approach, creating ease, health, and wellness for clients. Angie holds a M.A. in Marriage & Family Therapy, B.S. in Music Therapy, is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, & is nationally board certified in music therapy. She has been practicing in the health field since 2006 and has worked in treatment centers, hospitals, nonprofits, hospice, preventative care (chiropractic clinics, rehab facilities, spas, and wellness centers), and in developmental services. Angie serves as President of the San Diego Chapter of CAMFT where she is passionate about collaboration, advocacy, efficiency, crisis response, and telehealth. Angie is the Co-Founder of 4NTENT, a social innovation company and currently works in Private Practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Encinitas, CA, and as an ERMHS Therapist for Specialized Therapeutic Services. Angie collaborates with other natural health providers to offer unique treatment choices and recommendations. Angie sees her clients for who they are at their core and uses her extensive training to heal and empower her clients with the tools they need to thrive. Angie offers traditional family counseling, couples, children, adolescent, group counseling featuring women’s & teen empowerment, and music therapy.
